Kirkham

Is on the middle floor overlooking the small courtyard garden.  It has a six foot wide brass half tester bed (or twin beds), mahogany furniture and a spacious en suite period style bathroom with a claw foot slipper bath and separate shower stall. The room is decorated in blues and yellows and has an original 1880's ironwork fireplace. On the wall in the bathroom you can find a piece of original wallpaper from c 1900 which we found under many layers of later wallpaper when we were first decorating the room.
